Drone Survey – Local Site

We carried out a drone survey at a local site with a clear objective — to assess the overall condition of each building’s roof across the site.

With multiple structures to review, traditional inspection methods would have been time-consuming and potentially disruptive. The drone allowed us to complete this safely, efficiently, and with a much clearer view.

What we did

We captured high-resolution aerial footage of each building, focusing specifically on roof condition and visible defects. This allowed us to:

• Assess roof condition across all buildings

• Identify signs of damage, wear, or deterioration

• Inspect areas that are difficult or unsafe to access manually

• Create a clear visual record for review and reporting

Added value

As part of the project, we also edited and produced a YouTube video in-house, bringing all the footage together into a clear, accessible format.

This made it easy for stakeholders to:

• Understand the condition of each roof at a glance

• Review findings without needing to attend site

• Share insights across teams quickly and effectively

The result

The survey provided a safe, efficient, and highly visual assessment of the site’s roof conditions, supported by a professional video output that improved communication and decision-making.
